We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, and pricing for our craft kits and crochet patterns are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or discontinue products without prior notice. Because many of our products are assembled by hand, minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur. These differences do not affect the quality or functionality of the product. Colors shown on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in monitor and device settings.

All orders, including those for craft kits and crochet patterns, are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe it to be fraudulent, inaccurate, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions. If your payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.

Personal Use License

Our books, crochet patterns, and other materials are licensed for personal use only. You may not: copy or reproduce our books or patterns, scan or digitally distribute any pages, upload our books or patterns to websites or social media, sell, share, or redistribute digital or printed copies, modify our patterns and claim them as your own, or use our illustrations or photographs without written permission.

7. Selling Finished Handmade Items

We love seeing the wonderful creations our customers make. You are welcome to sell small quantities of finished handmade crochet items created from our original patterns, provided that: each item is personally handmade by you, credit is given to A Stitch & A Story as the original pattern designer, and mass production or factory manufacturing is not permitted. The crochet pattern itself may not be copied, shared, sold, redistributed, or reproduced in any format.

8. Safety Notice

Some of our craft kits contain yarn, stuffing, crochet hooks, sewing needles, safety eyes, stitch markers, and other small components. These items may present a choking hazard. Adult supervision is recommended when children are present. Our products are intended primarily for crafting by teens and adults unless otherwise specified.
